If you made it this far, you are serious to learn more about your potential new home on Vashon Island. Great news! At the time of this posting, we have shipped most of our belongings but still live and work full time from home. When you visit, you’ll see life and work in progress even if it feels like “glamping” to us – foldout tables for desks, file boxes instead of cabinets – minimal furniture not staged for showing. 

Once we accept your offer and move forward, we’ll make sure it’s ready for you to move in. It will take us a few weeks to finalize sorting & packing for the final shipment, and then we’ll coordinate our moves.

To be honest, the process has taken much longer than we anticipated. It is difficult to live and work full time at home, while trying to move across the country. We are motivated to wrap this up … at this writing, the price reflects the few cosmetic items left to finish – primarily a little varnishing of sills and a coat of Floor Fin on the long leaf southern yellow pine floors. We are happy to share the ongoing list if you are interested.
