We started the overwhelming job of sorting business and personal items, interrupted first by a family tragedy and then some business issues. The all-encompassing roof installation put us behind schedule. Even working from home full time leaves less time  to finish clearing out, packing and shipping – there always seems to be some emergency to take up our time. We can’t properly clean the house around all the packing. After a few cosmetic things inside, we’ll finalize sorting & packing for the final shipment, have the house professionally cleaned and windows washed.

To be honest, the process has taken much longer than we anticipated. It is difficult to live and work full time at home, while trying to move across the country. We are motivated to wrap this up … should you care to take the property as-is and finish the few remaining to-do items, we can negotiate a discount worth more than their cost. We are happy to share the ongoing list if you are interested.
